Privacy Policy

Every calculator and converter on this site runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The numbers, text or tokens you enter are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers, because there is no server-side processing of tool input at all. We cannot see what you calculate, and we could not produce it if asked.

• Anything you type into a tool — text, numbers, tokens, JSON, or files.
• Calculation results.
• Account registrations or passwords. The site has no sign-up or newsletter subscription.
• Payment details. Nothing here is for sale.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can reply and investigate your request. This is separate from tool inputs, which stay in your browser. Avoid sending passwords, live tokens or sensitive personal data in a bug report.

Two features save small amounts of data in your browser’s localStorage. This never leaves your device and is not readable by us:

• Favourites — the list of tools you have starred, so it survives a page reload.
• Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark mode.

Clearing your browser’s site data removes both. Neither is used to identify or track you.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is retained for a limited period by the provider. It is not combined with anything you enter into a tool, because we never receive that.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits so we know which tools are worth improving. It records aggregate figures such as page views and referring sites. It does not use cookies to follow you between websites, and it does not build a profile of you.

Display advertising is planned, and approval is pending. The application currently keeps the Google AdSense ad loader disabled; an account meta tag and ads.txt file identify the site for verification without making advertising requests. If ads are enabled later, Google and other advertising partners may receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser information and page URL, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Tool inputs and results are not sent by our tools to advertising partners.

You can control personalised advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com. Ad units are not configured in the application. Before introducing ads, we will update this policy and configure the consent controls required for the locations where ads are served. No advertising consent-settings control is currently offered because the application does not load advertising.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold no accounts and receive no tool input, in practice there is very little we hold. If you want to make a request or ask what we have, email hello@utoolios.com.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Tool inputs are processed locally; information voluntarily sent by email is handled as described above.

If we add a feature that changes what is collected — a saved account, a server-side tool, a new advertising partner — this page is updated in the same release, and the date at the top changes with it.
