The mortgage, loan and compound interest calculators use standard, published formulas and are tested against known values. They are still simplified models of real products.

The figures depend on your inputs and the limits of each model:

• Housing costs you have not entered. The mortgage calculator includes optional property tax, insurance and HOA inputs; a principal-and-interest payment alone excludes those costs. PMI and maintenance are not modeled.
• Origination, establishment, valuation or early-repayment fees.
• Variable or introductory rates that change during the term.
• Tax on interest earned, or inflation reducing future purchasing power.
• Your personal circumstances, credit profile or eligibility.

Use a result to compare options and sanity-check a quote — not as the figure you budget against. Before committing to a loan or an investment, get advice from a qualified professional regulated in your country.

The BMI and TDEE calculators implement widely-used formulas — the WHO adult BMI categories and the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Both are population-level screening estimates. Neither diagnoses anything.

• BMI cannot distinguish muscle from fat, and is not validated for children, athletes, or pregnancy.
• TDEE depends on an activity multiplier that is a rough approximation, and does not account for medical conditions, medication or body composition.
• Neither accounts for your medical history.

Do not use these tools to diagnose, treat or make decisions about a health condition. Speak to a doctor or registered dietitian, particularly before starting a diet, changing medication, or if a result concerns you.

The tile calculator estimates quantities from the dimensions you enter. It assumes simple rectangular areas and ignores grout width, layout pattern complexity and obstacles. Measure your actual space, add a sensible wastage allowance, and confirm quantities with your supplier before ordering.

The JSON, JWT and Base64 tools transform data in your browser. Note in particular that the JWT decoder does not verify signatures — a token that decodes cleanly may still be forged — and that Base64 is an encoding, not encryption, so it provides no security whatsoever.
