About UToolios
UToolios is a collection of free online tools that run entirely in your browser. No account, no upload, no waiting.

What this is
There are 16 tools here today, across finance, health, developer, text and home categories. Every one loads instantly, computes as you type, and works without signing up for anything.
Most online calculators are a thin wrapper around a formula, wrapped in three ad units and a newsletter popup. The aim here is the opposite: get you the answer immediately, then explain the method properly underneath so you can check it.
Three principles
- Everything runs in your browser. Tool inputs are never sent to a server, because there is no server-side processing. You can paste a production API token or a real salary figure and it stays on your machine.
- Every calculation is tested. Each tool ships with automated tests that check its output against known values, and those tests run before any change goes live. Tests help catch regressions; they cannot establish correctness for every possible input.
- No dark patterns. No account walls, no email capture before a result, no fake urgency. Any future ads will use clearly marked slots and will not gate results.
Who builds it
UToolios is built and maintained by Sujit Maharjan. It is a small, independent project rather than a company with a content team, which is why the tool count grows slowly and each one gets written up properly.
Sujit Maharjan is a software engineer who builds UToolios out of a passion for solving everyday problems with clean, well-tested code — driven by curiosity for new technology and a steady stream of ideas he's always looking to ship.
If a tool is wrong, or one you need is missing, that feedback goes straight to the person who can act on it — get in touch.
How it is funded
UToolios is an independent project. Display advertising is planned to support its running costs; AdSense approval is pending. There is no paid tier, no sale of tool inputs and no affiliate links inside the tools. If that changes, it will be stated here and in the privacy policy before it ships.
How explanations are checked
Tool explanations document formulas, assumptions, worked examples and limitations. Health and finance articles include source links where relevant. The author is a software engineer; these pages do not claim medical or financial credentials or professional review. Automated tests check known cases, but cannot guarantee every result. Please report discrepancies with reproducible inputs.
What is next
Depth before breadth: existing tools are being extended — amortization schedules, richer result tables, more input options — before new categories are added. A small number of genuinely good tools is worth more than a large number of thin ones.
